A lot of the rugs we sell each year are purchased by people who never visit us in person!

We're very experienced at helping you find the perfect rug as we've been doing it for many years.

Once we have an idea about your preferences as to rug type, size, color, and price range, we'll send photos of rugs in stock which meet your requirements. If a rug interests you, we'll send it on approval for you to examine in your home. If the rug is unsatisfactory for any reason, you can return it.There is no obligation to you to buy. If you live outside the US, please read the important information below. The more information we have about colors, sizes, and patterns which appeal to you the better able we are to select rugs for you to choose among. To make it easy for you to provide this information, you can email a request for information about rugs in stock directly to us.

If you prefer, Contact Us Direct with details about the area in which you intend to use the rug. Let us know the size of the room, as well as the minimum and maximum rug sizes you think will be appropriate. If you're uncertain about size, send a sketch of the area noting relevant dimensions and we'll make suggestions about sizes for you to consider. Of course, information about colors you favor or colors already used in the area is very helpful. Remember, we don't expect you to buy rugs from photographs alone--the pictures we send are intended only to help you decide which rugs you wish sent on approval. We do exactly as we advertise: we ship rugs on approval for you to examine in your home.

Our shipping policy will be:

• All purchases can be traded in at any time on any rug of equal or greater value. However the rug must be in the same condition as when purchased.

Important Information for Customers Outside the US....

Unfortunately, we are unable to send rugs on approval to international customers, including customers in Canada. We can ship pre-paid orders internationally. Be aware that international shipping rates can be substantial, and that import duties may be levied at your end.
